FEATURES OF THE SYNTHESIS OF DILITHIUM ANIONIC INITIATORS AND PROCESSES FOR OBTAINING ELASTOMERS UNDER THEIR ACTION
The article presents an overview of open publications over a wide period of time; it considers the many years of experience of the staff of Efremov Synthetic Rubber Plant in studying the basic laws of the synthesis of oligomeric dilithium compounds and elastomers. An analysis of the published and experimental results suggests that the use of dilithium (or «multi-lithium») initiators as catalytic systems in the preparation of elastomers and the wide possibility of their modification by various branching and / or functionalizing agents, including obtaining «multifunctional» (co) polymer, block polydienes and «ternary» copolymers having «integral» properties and a number of other advantages. An analysis of open publications is conducted and the results of studies of the main regularities of the synthesis of oligomeric dilithium compounds and elastomers under their action.

SYNTHESIS AND RESEARCH OF COMPLEX COMPOUNDS OF SUBSTITUTED NITRILES WITH SALTS OF TRANSITION METALS

A method for the synthesis of complex compounds of substituted nitriles with salts of d-elements has been developed. The substances obtained are identified by elemental analysis, UV and IR spectroscopy.
The study of the infrared spectra of these compounds showed that they are π-complexes, and acrylonitrile is coordinated with the metal through a double bond. The formation of a coordination bond due to the unshared electron pair of the nitrogen atom of the amino group on the basis of calculations is unlikely. In the presence of nitriles in the molecule of several nitrile groups, the stability of the complexes increases with the participation of all nitrile nitrogen atoms in the formation of a coordination chemical bond.
For the first time, the structural, physical, and thermodynamic characteristics of substituted nitriles and their copolymers with transition metal salts were determined by quantum chemical calculations. A comparative study of the parameters obtained on the basis of quantum chemical calculations allows us to establish the most probable pattern of the course of polymerization.

TO THE QUESTION OF THE GEL-FORMATION IN THE PROCESSES OF SOLUTION POLYMERIZATION OF BUTADIENE AND STYROL ON ANIONAL CATALYTIC SYSTEMS. MESSAGE 2

The consideration of the issue of gel formation in the process of solution polymerization of butadiene (or butadiene with styrene) on anionic catalytic systems in a cascade of reactors taking into account chain transfer to polymer reactions is continued. It is shown that the nature of the influence of chain transfer to polymer on the structure of macromolecules formed in batch and continuous processes has significant differences. In a batch process, the simultaneous effect of reactions of chain transfer to solvent and chain transfer to polymer causes a sharp increase in the polydispersity index (K). Ucr is defined as a critical conversion at which gel formation begins. A process flow scheme for analysis and optimization on various catalytic systems is proposed.

The creation of a multilayer rubber-fabric plate allows reducing weight, increasing flexibility, eliminating chipping of heavy metal compounds and increasing the service life of rubber products in hard radiation conditions. This goal is achieved by extremely filled with a rubber mixture of tungsten compounds and applying a uniform tungsten coating electrochemically on the conductive woven material.

The paper analyzes the experience of practical application of polymers with cyano group for a fairly wide historical period. Presents methods for their synthesis. The possibilities of obtaining substituted unsaturated nitriles with the production of polymers and copolymers based on them are also considered. In this paper, the syntheses of halogen-, hydroxy-, hydroxy-derivatives of nitriles are proposed, as well as the possibility of producing organosilicon nitriles.
