PURIFICATION OF ISOPRENE FROM ACETYLENE IMPURITIES ON THE NICKEL CATALYST

ABSTRACT
The article shows the possibility of using as a catalyst carrier carbonaceous mineral material — Kazakhstan shale shungite (taurite). The comparative results of hydrogenation of acetylene hydrocarbons in the composition of isoprene on catalysts prepared by the method of Nickel deposition on the carrier (kieselguhr, taurite and in their mixture) without the preliminary stage of high-temperature reduction of the catalyst by hydrogen and passivation by nitrogen-air mixture are presented. The obtained samples of catalysts have high activity. However, the catalyst «Nickel on diatomaceous earth» has the highest catalytic indicators, the conversion of α-acetylene hydrocarbons is 91.22%, butine-2 — 66.54%.It was found that the increase in the activation temperature increases the activity of the catalyst. This increases the selectivity of the process in relation to the target hydrogenation reaction of acetylene impurities of isoprene.

ABSTRACT
The article continues the analysis of construction of radial reactor for degydrogenating of ethylbenzene to styrene. The results of calculation show that the idea of using inner body of rotation for organization of even stream distribution is not optimum.

ABSTRACT
Studies have been carried out to assess the relationship between the reactivity of a series of sulfurcontaining ortho-substituted phenol derivatives with their kinetic characteristics (rate constants, induction periods, etc.) obtained in the model oxidation reactions of hydrocarbons, with the quantum-chemical parameters of the molecular structures of the inhibitors (enthalpy, electron population, dipole moments) and the oxidative properties of compounds in vaseline oil.

JUSTIFICATION OF THE CHOICE OF PARA-ARAMID YARNS AND IMPREGNATING COMPOSITIONS FOR HIGH-STRENGTH CORD FABRICS AND SYNTHETIC ROPES

ABSTRACT
The choice of the type of aramid thread for high-strength cord fabrics and synthetic ropes was made and the influence of serial impregnating compositions on their performance properties was investigated. Determined physical and mechanical and adhesive properties of cord yarns impregnated with Arom-75, Arom-175 and Rusar-200, made of yarn Rusar® (Ruslan®). It is shown that a latex-resorcinol-formaldehyde coating increases cyclic durability and reduces the splitting of the aramid fibers in the filaments. The evidence of chemical modification of the fiber surface under the action of impregnating composition on the carbon black, and without it. The presented high-strength materials and the studied operational properties of cord threads and synthetic ropes can be used not only in the production of rubber-cord shells, but also in other rubber products and composites.

ABSTRACT
The effect of a new silica filler, enriched with amorphous silica MAO-99, on rheometric and physicomechanical properties of three rubber mixtures and vulcanizates based on based of carbo-chain caoutchoucs generalpurpose and special-purpose was studied. It is established that the amorphous silica MAO-99 affects the kinetics and duration of vulcanization of rubber mixtures. It has been established that rubbers containing microsilica MAO-99, in terms of rheometric, strength, and performance properties, are not inferior to rubbers containing white soot and aerosil.

ABSTRACT
The paper describes a method of purification of wastewater generated from the production of antioxidant Agidol-2 from organic matter. The method of neutralizing surfactants with hardness salts followed by extraction from the water extracted alkylphenols, which, after further purification, can be effectively used as antioxidants. The antioxidant activity of the selected product as a stabilizer of biodiesel has been tested. The proposed method can significantly reduce the content of harmful impurities in the wastewater production of the antioxidant Agidol-2.
