In this report a brief analysis of the development and current state of production «titanium» cis-1,4-polybutadiene over 55 years in Russia (USSR), and discusses the possibilities of increasing its competitiveness by improving its properties by changing technology and other ways.

ABSTRACT
The stage of separation of emulsion rubbers from latex is one of the problematic in the technology of obtaining these polymers, so the selection of more advanced coagulating systems is relevant at the moment. The possibility of application as coagulants in the technology of separation of styrene-butadiene rubber SKS-30ARC from latex salts of phosphoric acid: phosphate, hydrophosphate and dihydrophosphate of sodium and ammonium is investigated. The influence of the consumption of these salts and acidifying agent on the completeness of rubber isolation is studied.

ABSTRACT
The complex formation processes of rhenium (V) compounds with nicotinic acid amide were studied. The composition and structure of the compounds obtained are proven by various physicochemical methods. According to the results of the studies, it was found that the structure of the rhenium (V) complex with nicotinic acid amide is binuclear.

EFFECT OF SOLVENT ON THE MORPHOLOGY OF ELECTROSPUN POLYSTYRENE FIBERS

ABSTRACT
The article provides a review of studies on the effect of solvent on the morphology of polystyrene fibers obtained by the method of electroforming. It is shown that the physical properties of the solvent, such as electrical conductivity, surface tension, boiling point, solubility parameter, viscosity, affect the homogeneous structure of fibers without defects. It has been established that solvents having a carbonyl group have a high spinning ability. The most effective solvents are dimethylformamide and dimethylacetamide.
