INVESTIGATION OF THE CALCIUM STEARATE INFLUENCE ON THE RUBBER MIXTURES AND THEIR VULCANIZATES BASED ON NITRILE BUTADIENE RUBBERS PROPERTIES (pp.3-7)

ABSTRACT
The paper assesses the effect of non-rubber impurities contained in industrial nitrile rubber on the properties of rubber mixtures and rubbers based on it. Different dosages of calcium stearate were introduced into the composition of elastomeric compositions, which is formed by the interaction of calcium chloride, used as a coagulant in the synthesis of BNC, and an emulsifier - synthetic fatty acids. It is shown that calcium stearate in rubber mixtures based on nitrile rubbers is a technologically active additive,
improving the complex of plastoelastic properties at a content of up to 5 phr.

RESEARCH OF THE PROPERTIES OF THERMO-AGGRESSIVE-RESISTANCE RUBBER CONTAINING A MODIFYING COMPOSITION BASED ON MULTI-WALL CARBON NANOTUBES (pp.8-13)

ABSTRACT
The article investigates the effect of a modifying composition based on multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MCNT) and butadiene-nitrile NBR 2645 rubber on the properties of thermo-aggressiveresistance rubber. It has been established that the modifying composition does not affect the kinetics of vulcanization of the rubber mixture (the minimum and maximum torques, the times of onset and optimum of vulcanization are practically the same for the base variant and the variant of the rubber compound containing the modifying composition) at a temperature of 150°C. With an increase in the vulcanization temperature to 170°С, the minimum torque, the times of the beginning and reaching the optimum of vulcanization decrease. In this case, the maximum torque and its difference with minimum torque increase, which is associated with an increase in the elastic-strength properties of vulcanizates. Subsequently, on the basis of the base version and the version of the rubber mixture containing the modifying composition, sealing elements (SE) with a hardness of 70 ±5 units were made Shor A. At the simulator stand, the sealing ability of these SE was tested as part of two sets of sealing elements. The sets of elements contained three sealing elements: two extreme SE with a hardness of 90 ±5 units Shore A from a serially manufactured rubber compound and medium SE with a hardness of 70 ±5 units Shore A. The average SE for the first set was made from the base version and for the second set — from the rubber mixture version containing the modifying composition. The tests were carried out in accordance with the technical specifications for the RE in two steps: temperature 40, axial load 6 tons, pressure drop 25 MPa, duration 15 minutes and temperature 100°С, axial load 6 tons, pressure drop 70 MPa, duration 15 minutes. Both sets of sealing elements have been successfully tested on the bench, maintaining tightness. It was found that the nature of the change in geometric dimensions and alignment from extrusion into the annular space after testing is less for the second set. Therefore, a rubber mixture based on NBR 2645 rubber containing a modifying composition based on multiwalled carbon nanotubes (0.6% N-MCNT, 20.6% carbon black N-P 803 and 78,3% NBR 2645 rubber) can be recommended for the manufacture of sealing elements for packer and anchor equipment for the oil and gas industry.

ABSTRACT
The paper presents the results of developing a formulation of an environmentally safe composition for humans (due to the absence of organic solvents) based on styrene-acrylic and epoxy aqueous dispersions with high performance properties. The aim of this work was the transition from coating systems based on organic solvents to systems based on aqueous dispersions, which will, firstly, dramatically reduce or completely eliminate the fire hazard of materials made on different substrates (wood, polymer), and secondly, reduce the time curing of coatings, which is required only for the evaporation of water (from 20 minutes to 1 hour), and this in turn contributes to the rejection of additional ventilation after the application of such a system. Thirdly, it was noted that water-based dispersions are notable for their low cost, in contrast to dispersions based on silicone polymers, and good performance properties.

ABSTRACT
Composite brake pads with increased frost resistance are necessary for the possibility of implementing the increased requirements for brake systems operating in the conditions of the North. The increase in frost resistance is achieved by introducing into the friction material seeds of borscht Sosnowski, containing various classes of natural organic substances, including esters of carboxylic acids. The introduction of Sosnovsky hogweed seeds into the friction material in an amount of 3.89% by weight does not reduce the manufacturability in its manufacture. The physico-mechanical characteristics of a promising composite friction material for the production of frost-resistant brake pads of railway transport comply with the established standards for these products.

ABSTRACT
This article presents data on the synthesis of oil metal porphyrin complexes of transition metals by separating mixtures of metal porphyrins of Azeri oil. The structure of synthesized complexes were established by IR and electronic spectroscopy. The catalytic activity was studied in the oxygenation reactions of unsaturated compounds - olefins with molecular oxygen.

ABSTRACT
The article considers the application of the method of a planned experiment to justify the formulation of an inhibiting clay-free modified drilling fluid, including a complex reagent PolysilPotassium and carbon lignin sulphonate pitch (CLSP). The developed water-based drilling fluid is intended for drilling horizontal wells in the intervals of unstable clay rocks in the fields of the north of Western Siberia. By the method of a planned experiment, the equations of the main indicators (factors) of the studied drilling fluid were obtained. Based on the dependences obtained, the concentrations of the above reagents were selected, taking into account the specified parameters (PF = (up to 6) cm3/30 min, PV = (10-30) cP, DNS = (80-150) dPa). The performed regression analysis determined that in order to maintain the required technological parameters during drilling in the temperature range from 25 to 160°С, the optimal content is PolysilPotassium 2,5%, CLSP no more than 3%. The optimized composition of the drilling fluid has low dispersing properties and satisfactory filtration and rheological characteristics.
