ABSTRACT
Hybrid phenol-formaldehyde oligomers have been synthesized by re-polycondensation in a solvent of oligomers of the resole and novolac types, one of which is modified with benzylamine. Modified samples were obtained using 0.1-0.4 mol of benzylamine per 1 mol of phenol, the mass ratio of resol to novolak was 1:2 and 2:1. The effectiveness of film-forming compositions based on nitrogen-containing hybrid phenol-formaldehyde oligomers esterified with n-butanol and epoxy resin ED-20 as protective coatings with high physical and mechanical properties on a metal surface has been revealed. The coatings were obtained by cold curing at room temperature on the surface of metal plates of grade C-3, the drying time of the samples was 24 hours.

ABSTRACT
Among the series of interesting representatives of organic synthesis products are organoelement compounds that have important, and most importantly, specific properties. Moreover, both the structural compounds of organoelement and their polymers, which are very promising both in industry and in agriculture, are of interest. They can be used as fungicides, pesticides, antimicrobials, and also as additives for special purposes.The theoretical studies of the first representative of organoelement chemistry - organosilicon derivatives, their heteroanalogues and polymers - are also of great importance. The paper considers and evaluates the mutual change in the parameters of compounds of organoelement chemistry. The state of the presentedcompounds and the possibilities of the compound itself are also discussed, which gives grounds for presumably suggesting its possibilities.

CONSIDERATION OF THE USE OF CARBAMIDE FOR THE SEPARATION OF RUBBERS FROM LATEXES (pp. 29-34)

ABSTRACT
The improvement of synthetic polymer production technology is currently receiving great attention. This also applies to the production of rubber produced by emulsion polymerization. This paper considers the possibility of using a new coagulating agent, urea, in the manufacturing process of emulsion rubbers. Studies have established the influence of some technological parameters on this process: urea consumption, acidifying agent and temperature. It has been shown that the consumption of carbamide required for the separation of rubber from latex is associated with the consumption of sulfuric acid. The higher the carbamide flow rate, the higher the sulfuric acid flow rate. The best temperature: 1-2 degrees Celsius. Vulcanizates prepared on the basis of these rubbers meet the requirements.

ABSTRACT
The article shows the possibility of applying the Shishkovsky equation in order to establish the effect of the concentration of lignosulfonate reagents on the magnitude of the decrease in the surface tension of aqueous solutions, to make reasonable assumptions about the reasons for the negative adsorption of the FHLS-2M system, to determine the introduction of the concept of a working concentration zone and the introduction of a new concept for lignosulfonates and their modified forms «effective concentration». Based on the change in the surface tension of aqueous solutions and on the basis of an analysis of the mathematical form of the Shishkovsky equation, the physical meaning of the coefficients a and b was established in the work, correlated with the numerical values of the limiting adsorption of the limiting adsorption (coefficient a), the capacity of the adsorption layer, the ability to restore equilibrium (coefficient K) for all objects under study.

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the development of elastomeric materials based on domestic syntheticisoprene rubber with increased green strength by combining with butadiene rubber with a predominant 1,2structure (mass fraction of 1,2-links 77%). It was found that mixtures based on SKI-3 rubbers with SKD-777 with a ratio of 80:20 are characterized by increased green strength. Thus, the green strength of thefilled rubber compound is 91% higher than that of the SKI-3-based rubber compound. The article considersthe effect of the mixing temperature on the green strength of rubbers, rubber mixtures and rubber mixturesand shows the positive effect of the mixing temperature on the green strength of SKI-3 and unfilled SKI-3mixtures with SKD-777.

INVESTIGATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF BORON NITRIDE AND MAGNESIUMSULFATE ON THE PROPERTIES OF HEAT-AGGRESSION (pp. 45-48)

ABSTRACT
In the article, the effect of boron nitride and magnesium sulfate on the rheometric properties of the rubber mixture, physical, mechanical and operational performance of rubber based on butadiene-nitrilecaoutchouc grade SKN 1855 was studied. The effect of boron nitride and magnesium sulfate was studiedby partially replacing carbon black P 803 with them. It has been established that boron nitride increases theviscosity of the rubber compound, magnesium sulfate slightly affects its vulcanization characteristics. At a temperature of 170°C, a rubber mixture variant containing a combination of boron nitride, magnesiumsulfate and carbon black P 803 turned out to be more resistant to reversion. The combination of boronnitride with magnesium sulfate and carbon black P 803 contributes to an increase of conditional voltagefor vulcanizates at 100% elongation, tear resistance and resistance to aggressive media at elevatedtemperatures.
