SYNTHESIS OF POLYMERS
RESEARCH OF METHYL METHACRYLATE’ POLYMERIZATION IN THE PRESENCE OF DIFERROCENYL
The systemic research of the methyl methacrylate polymerization in the presence of diferrocenyl was carried out at the first time. The kinetic parameters of polymerization were determined as well as the influence of temperature on their amount. It is established that the applying of diferrocenyl can be carried out the polymerization with high velocity at room as well as low temperature by either type of initiator (benzoyl peroxide or azo-bis-isobutironitrile), the polymers having low polydispersity and higher regularity of macromolecular being synthesized.

ON THE MECHANISM OF MODIFICATIONS CIS-1,4-POLYBUTADIENE
The paper shows the results of the discussion modified cis-1,4-polybutadiene liquid elastomers. Provides further explanation of this process, whereby the active site contains neodymium presumably up to three growing macromolecules.

PREPARATION OF D-METALS AND COPOLY(STYRENE AND ACRYLONITRILE) COMPLEXES
The polymer complexes of d-metals and copoly(styrene and acrylonitrile) were prepared. It’s established that the nitrile as well as phenyl groups of copolymer take part in the complex formation. The polymer complexes have the intra- and intermolecular structure in connection with the activity of metal ion, their solution being changed by the comlexation.

THE HEAT STABILITY INCREASE OF THE SYSTEM «CORD–ADHESIVE»
The adhesive properties modification of the impregnated by different adhesives aramid and anid cord threads after their thermal ageing in atmosphere at 120°C was investigated.

INVESTIGATING THE REGENERATION POSSIBILITY OF THE ADHESIVE DURING STORAGE
Investigated the interaction of the blocked polyisocionate with chloroprene rubber in the adhesive composition. It was shown the regeneration possibility of the adhesive by means of heating and mixing while it’s setting to the gel during storage.

STUDYING OF INFLUENCE OF FULLERENE — FILLER TECHNICAL CARBON IN A COMBINATION WITH CARBON OF VARIOUS ACTIVITY ON PROPERTIES OF RUBBERS

SWELLING VULCANIZATES AT PRESENCE POWDERY CELLULOSE FILLERS
Application possibility powdery fillers on a basis cellulose fibres received of a waste of the textile industry in manufacture butadien-styrene rubbers is considered. Influence powdery cellulose fillers on swelling received vulcanizatesis shown.

THE SOLID RESIDUE PYROLYSIS AS A FILLER OF RUBBER GASKETS TRACK
In the article the question of the effectiveness of, crushed solid residue of pyrolysis, as a filler of rubber track pads. Just show the results of research of influence size, crushed residue pyrolysis properties of the obtained rubber.

PRODUCTION OF TYRES AND INDUSTRIAL RUBBER AND POLYMERIC GOODS
USE OF POLYVINYL ALCOHOL IN COMPOUND OF MODIFY FILM COMPOSITION
By means of spectrofotometric methods complex formation of citrus pectin and arabinogalactan with ceftriaxon is studied. Modification of polyvinylalcohol by these complexes is carried out. Polymer antibacterial compositions are received and their transport properties are investigated.

THERMALLY STABILIZED THERMOELASTOLAYERS ON THE BASIS OF MIXTURE OF POLYOLEFINS AND ELSATOMERS
The modification of structure and properties of LDPE by substitution of its part with isotactic polypropylene has been investigated. For improvement of homogeneity of mixture and increase of content of elastic phase 5 mass p of elastomers of various chemical structure: BSR, BNR-40 and BR were introduced to mixtures. Selenium diglycol and dilaurylthiodipropionate was used as a modifying agent. The technological and physical and mechanical properties of the developed thermoplastic (TEL) have been investigated.

EVALUATION OF ZINK AND AMMONIUM DIALKYLDITHIOPHOSPHATES INFLUENCE ON CURING PROCESS AND TREAD RUBBER COMPOUNDS PROPORTIES
The influence of organophosphates such as zink and ammonium dialkyldithiophosphates was evaluated on the tread rubber compounds curing process as vulcanization accelerators instead of traditional high dangerous 1,3-diphenylguanidine.

EMULSION COATING FOR PROTECTION OF ELASTIC SURFACES
Emulsion protective coatings based on resin differ for their simple obtaining regulated by reliability of protective effect. Considering that many items based on elastomers (tires, RTI and others) are exploited on the basis of cyclic deformation, special requirements for protective coatings are made – high strength, elasticity, low permeability, high adhesive properties and others. Considering shown requirements emulsion protective coatings for elastic surfaces have been developed on the basis of thermal, ozone stable ethylene propylene copolymer, modified sulfochlorifiedatactic propylene and ED-20. High efficiency of the developed emulsion protective coatings for resin tires based on SRI-3:BSR (70:30) has been shown. Emulsion protective coatings have been required for protecting tires and RTI from various influence factors during storage and exploitation.

WORKING OUT OF COMPOUNDINGS OF THERMOPLASTIC MATERIALS FOR A ROAD MARKING TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THEIR INTERACTION WITH THE ASPHALT CONCRETE SURFACE
Questions of working out of compoundings of thermoplastic materials for a road marking taking into account their interaction with an asphalt concrete surface are considered. Scientific support of working out of compoundings and release of materials for a road marking is realized. Practical results of working out of technology and manufacture of polymeric materials for a road marking are received.

USE OF WASTES OF PRODUCTION OF STYRENE IN THE TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS BUTADIENE-STYRENE RUBBER
Investigated the properties of butadiene-styrene rubber SRS-30 aPk and vulcanized rubber on its basis with the use of still the balance of rectification ethylbenzene (SBRE) and copolymer «STAM» synthesized thermal copolymerization waste production of styrene oxide and propylene oxide with maleic acid, or anhydride, as a plasticizing additives to improve the properties of rubber and enhancing the sustainability of the vulcanized rubber to oxidation and thermal effects.
