RUBBER INDUSTRY IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
ABSTRACT
The author presents the dynamics of production, export, import and consumption of rubber and the development of the tire industry in the Russian Federation in 2007-2012. In the structure of the materials for the rubber industry, as well as the tire industry in the years to intensify the process of localization companies of foreign manufacturers in Russia, especially after the accession of Russia to the World Trade Organization (WTO). On the Russian market come global, foreign manufacturers (with their technologies, equipment, design and construction solutions, the requirements to raw materials, etc.), which open up their production facilities in the territory of the Russian Federation with the purpose of developing the emerging markets of Russia and other countries of the former USSR. This process, of course, will be accompanied by increased competition of products from different manufacturers. In these circumstances, it is advisable to: 1) the acceleration of the timing of the Russian Federation directives of the European Union (EU) regarding the protection of the environment and road safety — EU Directive 661/2009 and 1222/2009, and 2) the development and subsequent implementation of cooperation programs established by the Association of tires with the relevant departments of Russian universities with the support of Russian Ministry of Education and other ministries of the Russian Federation, and 3) the creation of favorable conditions for the export of rubber industry, originating in the Russian Federation, and 4) strengthening work in the design and development of innovative forms of production of raw materials for the rubber industry.
Keywords: market, consumption patterns and rubber tires, localization of production, directives, the European Union, the European Union.

INITIATION OF THE METHYL METHACRYLATE’ COMPLEX POLYMERIZATION IN THE PRESENCE OF ZIRCONOCENE DICHLORIDE
ABSTRACT
The authors present the results of the use of zirconocene dichloride to initiate the polymerization of methyl methacrylate at temperatures between 10 and 30°C in order to increase the temperature range the possible use of zirconocene dichloride. The kinetic study of the polymerization of MMA in the temperature range. Kinetic dependence of bulk polymerization studied dilatometric method. The intrinsic viscosity of the benzene solution of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) measured by viscometric method. The results showed that the process of polymerization in the range from 30 to 10°C is characterized by a small activation energy, enabling use of this metallocene for the initiation of low-temperature polymerization. In the presence of zirconocene polydispersity polymer significantly greater than 2.0. This is evidenced by the appearance of several centers of polymerization and its complex-radical mechanism.
Keywords: methyl methacrylate’ complex polymerization, initiation, zirconocene dichloride

PREPARATION, PROPERTIES AND APPLICATION DI-Ε-CAPROLACTAM ZINC DICTEARATE
ABSTRACT
The possibility of using the complex compounds of zinc obtained ε-caprolactam melt, and stearic acid. in rubber mixtures.
With the peculiarities of the synthesis was the use of a binary alloy ε-caprolactam–stearic acid as a dispersion medium. At that the viscosity of the medium at the beginning of synthesis component in the temperature range from 125 to 150°C of 10-30 cps, during the preparation of the complex, but remains sufficient to complete the reaction and discharging product from the synthesis reactor.
Studies were that the complexes obtained rubber mixtures based on styrene butadiene rubber (30 ARKM SCS-15) and vulcanizates found that the cure time is reduced and the viscosity of them. When using the complexes tend to have better physical and mechanical properties of investigation vulcanizates.
Keywords: complex, vulcanization, rubber mixture, vulkanizates.

USE OF MINERAL CRUDE REFINING WASTE AS A VULCANIZATION ACTIVATOR
ABSTRACT
Partial substitution of traditional vulcanization activator of rubber mixtures, sharply deficit zinc oxide in the formula of protector, casing and camera rubber mixtures by mineral crude refining waste, containing oxides of metals and silicon has been carried out.
It has been determined that substitution of 30-50% zinc oxide by mineral crude refining waste allows preserving physic-mechanical exploitation properties to improve economical indices of production of protector, casing and camera rubber.
Keywords: casing, protector, camera rubber, vulcanization activator, mineral crude refining waste, physical and mechanical and exploitation properties.

DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH OF CUTTING METHODS FOR UTILIZED TIRES ON THE MACHINE WITH A PLATE-AND-RING KNIFE
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this paper is to further improve the process of pre-shredding of waste tires by cutting out one bead rings, branches frame-breaker-tread bands and the sidewalls and at the same time cutting the frame-breaker-tread bands and sidewalls for parts that are suitable for subsequent grinding for disposal.
Introduced a method and device for separating the wire bead rings, frame-breaker-tread bands and sidewalls of the worn-out tires by the combined plate-and-ring knives. Represented an experimental study of energy-power characteristics of the process. Presented the advantages of the proposed methods and devices in comparison with known methods and devices of similar purpose.
Keywords: utilized tires, cutting methods, plate-and-ring knife.
