BUTADIENE MARKET FORECAST TO 2030
ABSTRACT
Russian oil and gas chemical cluster development policy calls on the scientific community to take a fresh look at the development of the petrochemical industry in the scales of a whole country and the regions. Not coincidentally the great controversies over raw materials for the planned capacity of the pyrolysis and its products. Economic efficiency of the industry and the balance of the butadiene market - a deficient and strategically important to Russia monomer - will depend from the competent organization of these industries.

CATALIST SYSTEM OF VANADIUM TRIOXYCHLORIDE – ETHYL ALUMINIUM SESQUICHLORIDE – SIXCHLOR-P-XYLOL FOR EPDM SYNTHESIS
ABSTRACT
In this article showed, how the using of sixchlor-p-xylol as modifier in copolymerization of ethylene and propylene influences to the nature of a catalytic system including vanadium trioxychloride — ethylaluminiumsesquichloride, composition and molecular characteristics and weight and molecular distribution of copolymers on different temperatures. The constant of ethylene and propylene copolymerization carried out with that of vanadium trioxychloride — ethylaluminiumsesquichlo-ride — sixchlor-p-xylol was calculated.

TECHNOLOGY OF RECEIVING NEW MODIFICATIONS OF SINDIOTAKTIC POLYMER 1,2-POLYBUTADIENE AND THEIR DIELECTRIC PROPERTIES
ABSTRACT
In the real work results of research of dielectric properties of rather new polymer — sindiotaktic 1,2-polybutadiene (1,2- SPB) and its modification received by deformation of stretching are reported. The prevailing role of segmental polarization in dielectric properties of the studied polymers is shown. Results of studying of electric durability of these polymers are given.

SILICA FOR TYRES: SYNTHESIS, PROPERTIES AND APPLICATIONS
ABSTRACT
The basics of silica application in tyre rubbers (mostly, the tread ones) are reviewed from the point of view of mid- 2010-s. The general information on silica producing, its chemical nature and structural organization is also presented. The advantages of highly dispersible silica over conventional ones are discussed. The major consideration is given to the silica-filled rubbers compounding and processing.

PREPARATION OF POLYFUNCTIONAL POLYCONJUGATED OLIGOMERS OF 4-AMINOPHENOL AND THEIR USE IN MAKING OF HEAT-RESISTANT ELECTRO-CONDUCTING RUBBERS
ABSTRACT
By the oxidative polycondensation of 4-aminophenol the polyconjugated oligomers including aromatic links with hydroxyl and amine functional groups have been synthesized. They show a solubility and meltability, thermostable, semiconducting and paramagnetic properties and also high reactivity at reactions characteristic for aromatic amine and hydroxyl group. These oligomers have been used as the active additions to the industrial elastomers and the rubbers with high physical-mechanical electro-conducting properties have been used.

GETTING LINOLEUM RAISED FIRMNESS TO ACTION OF ORGANIC ENVIRONMENTS
ABSTRACT
In the present work shows the results of tests synthesized butoxyethyphenoxyethylphthalates as plasticizers, PVC compounding of the upper layer of linoleum. Laboratory tests butoxyethyphenoxyethylphthalates have shown that PVC compounding of the upper layer of linoleum on the basis of developed by us plasticizers all indicators meet the requirements of the relevant standards, and on indicators of extractability with petrol, extractability with oils even exceed the standard samples.

ABSTRACT
Introduced a method and device for separating the wire bead rings, frame-breaker-tread bands and sidewalls of the worn-out tires by the combined plate-and-ring knives. Represented an experimental study of energy-power characteristics of the process. Тhe proposed method in this paper allows energy-power calculations rolling process reinforced vulcanized roll machines with the same or different diameters working surfaces of the rolls. Presented the advantages of the proposed methods and devices in comparison with known methods and devices of similar purpose.
