RUSSIAN SYNTHETIC RUBBER INDUSTRY IN 2013. SOME RESULTS
ABSTRACT
In this report the comparative analysis of Russia's synthetic rubber production in is carried out. The period of analysis is 2007, 2011-2013. The tendencies of Russian production of general purpose rubbers: isoprene, butadiene and styrene (methyl) styrene, butyl rubbers. An increasing share of exports of Russian elastomers in 2013. Leaders in terms of sales for export are the SRS and SKD. There is a gradual increase in the proportion SKD produced using technology «neodymium» catalyst system. The dynamics of production IC some Russian enterprises in 2007-2013. An increase in the production of butyl rubber and halobutyl rubber. Production of butyl (galobutil) rubbers in our country has grown continuously and not only in the period under review, and in 2013 reached 237 900 tons, an increase compared with 2007, almost 52%. But, at the same time, in recent years, while Russian manufacturers are not actively being developed large-scale production of modern stamps «neodymium» polydienes, mortar (modified, branched), styrene-butadiene rubbers, rubber compositions with active and other fillers.

TECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF THE HETEROGENEOUS PROCESS OF BROMOBUTYL RUBBER SYNTHESIS
ABSTRACT
Bromination of butyl rubber as a common technological process is under continuous improvement. One of the problems — reducing operating expenses is solved in this paper. The operating expenses were cut due exclude one technological step — treatment of bromide-rich brines by chlorine gas. The new approach to bromination is based on halogenation of basic grade rubber by bromine water produced by electrochemical way. Results showed that this approach can be taken to attain high grade bromobutyl rubber using chlorine free way.

ONCE AGAIN ON ANHYDROUS DEGASSING SYNTHETIC RUBBER SOLUTION POLYMERIZATION

In this article the author continues to discuss the topic, described in [1] on the use of waterless method of degassing mortar rubbers. Discusses additional global practices. Recommended use of cyclohexane as a solvent for the production of SBR and amorphous 1,2-polybutadienes and, especially in case of separation from the solution by degassing anhydrous.

A new cocatalyst is found and tested for a chlorous aluminium at the receipt of butyl rubber in laboratory terms.

SYNTHESIS, PROPERTIES AND APPLICATION OF THE COMPLEX SALT ε-CAPROLACTAM-N-ISOPROPYL-N'-DIPHENYL-n-PHENILENDIAMINDISTERATE ZINC IN ELASTOMERIC COMPOSITIONS
ABSTRACT
The aim of this work was to study the possibility of using dispractol СКJ obtained in the melt is-caprolactam-N-isopropyl- N′-diphenyl-n-phenylenediamine in rubber compounds.
Unlike conventional methods of synthesis, where, as a rule, as the environment is used organic solvent or water, in this case, the function solvent capable of dispersion ES-40-45 and stearic acid, which form a homogeneous melt with viscosity Brookfield 25-30 SDRs. Temperature synthesis is 135-140°C.
Studies have shown that dispractol СКJ able to increase resistance to thermal-oxidative ageing for a long time. The product is a powder of dark-grey color without odour. Also it will not be compressed during storage.

POLYVINYL CHLORIDE COMPOUND INSULATING PURPOSES BASED OXYALKYLATED ALCOHOL PHTHALATES
ABSTRACT
The results of the testing of plasticizing properties of oxyalkylated alcohol phthalates in composition of tape adhesives are shown and soft cable compound.
It is shown that phthalates oxyalkylated alcohols have a fairly high plasticizing properties and can be recommended for use in these industrial polyvinylchloride compositions insulation purposes. Received with its using samples PVC tape sticky and cable compounds on technological and operational characteristics are not inferior to industrial designs.
