DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATED PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES REINFORCED ELASTOMER COMPOSITES
ABSTRACT
The analysis of the most important developments in the market rubbers and fillers for the last post-crisis years in the world and the Russian Federation. Against the backdrop of rising prices for basic types of reinforcing fillers — carbon and «KKN TESPT + », the difference in the prices of these fillers consistently declined. A classification of reinforcing fillers on the preparation and properties. Achieving a high degree of dispersion of fillers — a key factor in shaping the properties of rubber. Discusses possible directions of transformation in the production of rubber-reinforced elastomer composites by combining into a single integral production — production of CK, reinforcing fillers and reinforced elastomer composites.

ABSTRACT
A thermodynamic analysis of the multipath process of converting ethanol production reaction of butadiene by Lebedev far from equilibrium. The most essential key substance actors (ethylene, butylene, butadiene, acetaldehyde and butanal), the formation of which affect the yield and selectivity divinyl. It has been shown that the removal of ethylene from the system leads to a dramatic increase in the yield of butadiene close to the theoretical value. Based on the study of the laws proposed by science-based kinetic process, which includes a stoichiometric basis, phasic scheme and kinetic equations. Proved the contribution of additional channels through the target product, ethylene and butylene, constituting 20% of the selectivity of butadiene. With 80% selectivity of classical channel formation of butadiene (via acetaldehyde by Gorin). The effect of the individual components in the catalyst and the selectivity of the process found by restriction WHSV LHSV> 2,5 h-1 shown below which no initiation of hydrogen peroxide due to increasing the residence time of the hydrogen peroxide in the reactor. A comparison of performance of a commercial catalyst K-64 (MgO-SiO2) and developed in the laboratory of the CAC-16 (ZnO/γAl2O3) with the prospect of development initiated the process.

ENERGY CONSUMPTION IN AQUEOUS AND NONAQUEOUS DEGASSING PROCESSES OF SOLUTION-POLYMERIZED RUBBERS
ABSTRACT
The article contains the results of calculations of minimal energy consumption in aqueous and nonaqueous degassing processes of solution-polymerized rubbers. N-hexane was adopted as the solvent for performing the calculations. Schematics of the two-stage aqueous degassing process and pre-concentration of the rubber solution are provided and described. The calculations were carried out using the Flory-Huggins equation. A technique is shown that allows the results of the aqueous degassing process calculations to be extended to nonaqueous degassing.

TO THE RATING OF THE PROLONGING ABILITY OF ANTIAGER (ANTIOXODANT)
ABSTRACT
Conducted research, showing that even after a long run of the tire, its rubber , especially the running part of the tread, would be poorly protected (as) from the factors causing wear, from the heat, oxygen and ozone. It was shown that the complex antiager (antioxidants) can significantly reduce wear, compounding by the effects of ozone, heat and oxygen, and also help maintain the desired level of the other operational properties.

ABSTRACT
Presents results of research aimed at improving the reliability of composite semimetallic coleosperma brake pads for cars railway transport. The results of the creation of heat conducting buffer between the friction material based on butadiene rubber and cast iron. Experimental studies on preparation of various designs galvanic coatings with multifunctional properties. The results obtained in the determination of the bond strength between the coating and the friction material under different conditions subsequent thermal processing. Determined that the optimal bond strength of the friction material based on butadiene rubber and cast iron with spherical graphite is achieved by applying bronze coating with tin sublayer (the content of tin 8%).
