ABSTRACT

The authors are continuing the discussion of the BR life cycle in connection with its 50 anniversary from the date of the start of production in operation. In such case the problems of «titanium» technology and the ways to overcome them are considered. It is noted that the use of modified triple titanium iodine catalyst systems or neodymium complexes with the mixed organoaluminum allow to eliminate all these problems.

ABSTRACT

Obtained polymer transition metal complexes and polyacrylonitrile copoly (styrene-acrylonitrile) ohms. Synthesis was carried out as a direct polymerization in the presence of transition metal salts, and their administration in the final stage of polymerization. The synthesis of acrylonitrile polymer compounds in the presence of zinc chloride (II), in the presence of copper chloride (II), cobalt chloride (II), nickel sulfate (II), iron chloride (III). Using ab initio quantum chemical methods of research found the thermodynamic parameters of reactions produce polymer complexes of transition metal salts (ZnCl2, CuCl2, NiCl2, CoC12).

ABSTRACT
The authors discuss the article on the development of integrated technologies for production of reinforced elastomer composites directly at factories producing synthetic rubber. It is noted that in manufacturing of synthetic rubbers on the steps of degassing water, separation and drying the processes of agglomeration of active fillers take place. In this connection the «dry» mixing method for the processing of oil-black masterbatch should be used, the potential of which is not yet fully used. The development of rubbers (special structure) with low cold flow (Karrer plasticity) in order to improve the efficiency of the method of «dry» mixing is recommended.

ABSTRACT

Conducted research, showing that even after a long run of the tire, its rubber, especially the running part of the tread, would be poorly protected (as) from the factors causing wear, from the heat, oxygen and ozone. It was shown that the complex antiager (antioxidants) can significantly reduce wear, compounding by the effects of ozone, heat and oxygen, and also help maintain the desired level of the other operational properties.

ABSTRACT

It was researched the influence of the nanoclay on the adhesive properties of the elastomers compositions. It was stated that the most bond strength increase in the adhesive compound is achieved while using the nanoclay in the adhesive and the volumetric modification of the substrates simultaneously.

ABSTRACT
Powder lignocellulose material were obtained by catalytic destruction of thermomechanical pulp and characterized by chemical and functional methods. The antioxidant effectiveness of lignocelluloses in isoprene rubber has been shown on changeing the amount of torque in the internal mixer, on the oxidation peak shift by differential scanning calorimetry and on change of mass loss point temperature in the differential thermogravimetric analysis.

EFFECT OF FUNCTIONAL POLYMERS ON MECHANICAL AND RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF RUBBERPLAST COMPOSITIONS

ABSTRACT
The mechanical properties and the flowability of the rubberplast compositions based on the different polymer matrix with rubber powder content of 50% were investigated. It has been shown that the use of functional polymers as matrix allows obtaining composites with good flowability and mechanical properties. It is assumed that the use of functional polymers as matrix of the rubberplast compositions improves the interfacial interaction between the components in the composite.
