TECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF THE HETEROGENEOUS PROCESS OF BROMOBUTYL RUBBER SYNTHESIS
ABSTRACT
This paper determines optimal parameters of the basic steps of the chlorobutyl rubber production, wherein an aqueous solution of chlorine is used as the chlorinating agent. This process may be implemented at the bromobutyl producing facility, which employs a similar production scheme.

BRANCHING AGENTS FOR POST-POLYMERIZATION MODIFICATION NEODYMIUM 1,4-CIS-POLYBUTADIENE
ABSTRACT
To reduce cold flow of the polymer and simultaneously its molecular weight distribution using various agents post-polymerization modification. The article describes some types of branching agents for post-polymerization modification of neodymium 1,4-cis-polybutadiene polymers.

PRELIMINARY CONCENTRATION OF RUBBER SOLUTION BEFORE DEGASSING PROCESSES
ABSTRACT
For many years the pre-concentration of rubber solution after polymerization was most often viewed as applicable only to a nonaqueous degassing process. In recent years the pre-concentration of polymerisate has been frequently combined with aqueous degassing for the purpose of preserving rubber properties. This scheme allows enterprises to keep aspects of the familiar aqueous degassing process.
The article presents several process flow diagrams for the pre-concentration of polymerisate solution under overpressure conditions and under vacuum.

ABSTRACT
The article presents the results of compounding and technology of styrene-butadiene-nitrile carboxylate latex BSNK-40/32.5/26/1.5, the characteristic feature of which is the high physical and mechanical properties of the non-vulcanized latex films, its aggregate stability to thermal influences or freeze — thaw to -40°C, it can be used in various applications.

DEVELOPMENT OF FUNCTIONAL ADDITIVES FOR PVC-COMPOSITIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES
ABSTRACT
Developed new calcium-zinc complex stabilizer for polyvinylchloride compositions for construction purposes. The optimum ratio of calcium and zinc salts of organic acids and monoether of glycerol in the integrated stabilizer, providing high technological properties of PVC-compositions while maintaining the basic physical-mechanical and operational characteristics of PVC products. Noted that the use of new functional additives, there is an increase in the thermal stability and color stability of PVC materials.

TO FEATURES THE USE OF DISPRAKTOL CKJ IN RUBBERS
ABSTRACT
The article presents data thermooxidative aging of rubbers based on SKI-3 containing 1.2 and 4 parts by weight dispraktol CKJ on 100 parts by weight rubber. Best results are achieved with a dosage dispraktol CKJ equal to 1 part by weight. Retain strength properties of rubber is 20- 30% higher than IPPD.

The article gives an overview of information about studies in recent years in the development of new synthetic methods and finding ways of practical application of aminofoprmaldehyde oligomers.The practical importance of the research works in this direction is stressed. Novel methods for producing urea-, melamine-, ureamelamine -formaldehyde and other amino- resins and the methods of their modification by various compounds with the purpose of improvement of their properties as well as the application of synthetic amino resins are described.
