ON THE MECHANISM OF THE PROCESS OF POST-POLYMERIZATION MODIFICATION A NEODYMIUM 1,4-CIS-POLYBUTADIENE
ABSTRACT
The article discusses the new phenomenon found in the study of post polymerization modification neodymium 1,4-cis-polybutadiene compounds with carbonyl groups. On the basis of experimental data to assume a refined model of the active site — cyclic multifunctional associate leading the polymerization of butadiene and reactive modifiers only after the almost complete exhaustion of the monomer. The proposed model explains well the basic laws of synthesis of 1,4-cis-polybutadiene on neodymium ternary catalyst systems.

MODIFICATION OF SYNTHETIC ISOPRENE RUBBER SKI-3 BY PHOSPHOLIPIDS TO THE MASSES
ABSTRACT
We propose a method of modifying a synthetic isoprene rubber SKI-3 by phospholipids in bulk. As a result of the modification of rubber by phospholipid concentrate (FLC) we obtained cohesively strong rubber mixtures, physical and mechanical properties of the vulcanizates remained at a high level. It is noted that the FLC has a stabilizing effect in terms of thermal aging. Pilot tests were conducted.

THE TEST FORMULATIONS OF PVC-COMPOSITIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES ON THE BASIS OF NEW ADDITIVES
ABSTRACT
The results of the test of phthalates oxyalkylene alcohols proposed as plasticizers, and integrated stabilizers based on organic acids and alkaline earth metals in the formulations of the upper and intermediate layers of linoleum. The use of new additives in formulations of PVC–compositions for construction purposes improves the performance characteristics of the finished product, namely, reduced abrasion, change in linear dimensions, the absolute residual strain. Multi-layered linoleum, prototypes made of polymer films, meets the requirements of GOST 7251-77.

MODELLING OF KINETICS THERMOMECHANICAL DESTRUCTION OF AMORPHOUS RUBBERS
ABSTRACT
A mathematical model for estimating the processing properties of the polymer composition taking into account the interaction of the components has been developed. Experimental data using samples based on styrene butadiene rubber with high molecular additives and components that enhance the homogeneity were obtained.
To study the technological properties of the polymer compositions was used experiment planning. Taken into account the influence of the dominant component containing high molecular weight fraction on the properties of the polymer composition. estimation algorithm processing properties of rubber, comprising four stages has been proposed. model structure-property, which describes the influence of the dominant and additional components on the Mooney viscosity of the polymer composition study was designed. adequacy of the model and the possibility of its use in expert systems for evaluating properties of resin compositions, depending on their composition was confirmed.

INFLUENCE OF PARTICLE PROPERTIES ON THE RESULTING COMPOSITE
ABSTRACT
The goal of this work is discussion of the effect of production on the properties of the particle composite. As the partzicel filler are used hydrophilic particles than they are participated in electrochemical properties. The reinforcing fabric is used as the further element, which determines mechanical and physical properties. The particles is milled to the desired particle size distribution in the first step and compounded with the polymeric matrix. Composite mixture is moulded with the reinforcing fabric to the desired shape. Individual components are characterized and their effect on the final properties of particle composite is determined.

INFLUENCE OF FUNCTIONALIZATION OF SINGLE-WALLED CARBON NANOTUBES ON THE PROPERTIES OF THE TREAD RUBBER COMPOUND AND TREAD СAR TIRES
ABSTRACT
Functionalization of surface of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWСNT) by chemical and mechanical methods was implemented. It is shown that type of functionalization has different effect on the technological properties of the rubber compound, but in all cases accelerate sulfur vulcanization. Functionalization of SWCNT leads to an increase of the tension of the tensile at 100% and 300% elongation of the tread rubber, it reduces the elongation at break and abrasion and increases the hardness and heat buildup.

THE RESEARCH OF MODIFIED MONTMORILLONIT INFLUENCE ON THE PROPERTIES OF THE ELASTOPLASTIC COMPOSITIONS ON THE BUTADIENE-NITRILE RUBBER BASE
ABSTRACT
It was researched the influence of the pilot and quantity produced modified montmorillonit on the technological and technical properties of the rubbers on the nitrile butadiene rubber base. It was stated that the nanoclay injection into the rubber composition decreases their gas penetrability, increases the stability to thermo-oxidization ageing and improves heat stability.

INTEGRATED USE OF ADVERSE OLIGOMERS FROM PETROCHEMICALS AND WASTE TEXTILE INDUSTRY IN PRODUCTION OF SYNTHETIC RUBBER
ABSTRACT
Modification oligomer containing styrene maleic anhydride increases the polydispersity of the resulting oligomer. Maleic anhydride modified oligomer reacts at elevated temperatures with cotton fiber with the formation of chemical bonds, which was confirmed by IR spectroscopy. Introduction additive in rubber at the stage of its receipt, improves the resistance to oxidation and thermal effects of vulcanizates. Use of by-products of the petrochemical industry in conjunction with the fibrous waste tonnage disposed allows comprehensive waste and reduce environmental pollution.

ANALYSIS METHODS OF RECYCLING POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE
ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to topical issues of waste plastics in Russia. The review of the main methods (mechanical, thermal, chemical) recycling of PET in Russia and other countries, celebrated their advantages and disadvantages are discussed prospects of application. The ways of solving the problem of increasing the intrinsic viscosity of the polymer in the process of mechanical recycling of PET. Particular attention is given to methods chemolysis (hydrolysis, glycolysis and methanolysis to others), the most knowledge-based and promising practices in the processing of polyethylene terephthalate, which allows to obtain high quality products.
